DAY 9 (1/11/11)

Semalam dah excited berat hilang 4 kg... Hari ni saya senaman... Caiyok! Tapi dinner mcm kantoi jer... Breakfast: Telur dadar 2, sosej 4 Lunch: sayur grg secawan, ikan keli sekor, paru lembu ckit Dinner: sayur campur, tomyam seafood kat kedai mohd chan abdullah. Air sepanjang hari dlm 2.5, malam pysillium husk. Hari ni bersenam... Hehe

DAY 10 (2/11/11)

Wahhh... Hebat minggu ni makan kat kedai....selera jer makan... Turun 4 kg macam 14kg jer... Menu beratkins hari ni... Atkins ker???!

Breakfast: tomyam sayur, sosej 7, air 1 liter sampai lunch....

Lunch: ikan kembung bakar ngn cicah...

Dinner: x sure... Telur dadar 2 biji...

Tapi, ada makan keropok... Dua jemput... Huwaaaaa :'(

Tak turun pun?! DAY 11

Hari ni hari ke 11 atkins... Pi beli timbang digital... Berat x turun pun... Naik 500g... Tp nak sejukkan hati... Alah... Timbang baru, kene guna timbang yg sama baru betul...hihi sebenarnya cuak giler... So dinner mmg insaplah... Nak update hari ke 11 nye menu dulu la....

Brunch: Ikan keli n sotong bakar, sayur bayam + cendawan+ carrot masak air... Air cincau tanpa gula dan ais...x lupa kerabu perut sesenduk kecik.....

Dinner: Satay ayam 5 cucuk, telur dadar 2, sosej 3...

Lepas tu sesi minum air utk cukupkan 2.5 liter...

"Apalah berat aku nanti yer"...

Sabtu ni nak memberi akses kepada diri utk makan nasi... Special day, ahad start atkins semula....
