Semalam dah excited berat hilang 4 kg... Hari ni saya senaman... Caiyok! Tapi dinner mcm kantoi jer... Breakfast: Telur dadar 2, sosej 4 Lunch: sayur grg secawan, ikan keli sekor, paru lembu ckit Dinner: sayur campur, tomyam seafood kat kedai mohd chan abdullah. Air sepanjang hari dlm 2.5, malam pysillium husk. Hari ni bersenam... Hehe
